Clients I've Been Privileged to Serve

What Inspires Me

Conversations with people where I can learn something about their worldview, their experiences, and/or their worries/fears/hopes/dreams. When existing paradigms crack open or flip in surprising ways (David Graeber does this masterfully in his book Debt). Frameworks that distill complexity and nuance into an an “aha!” and the ability to take action. I get a lot of these moments through travel, talking with people through research or travel or day-to-day, reading, seeing my colleagues in action, and watching my toddler explore the world.

A Favorite Moment at Peer Insight

There are many. One of the first times I met colleagues in person we spent the day coworking, then had an amazing Italian meal together and I realized the caliber of questions they had for each other! They were really curious to know me and each other as ‘whole humans’. Recently, I had a week where we spoke with and learned from many different people - from surgeons, pharmacists, biotech CEOs, hospital executives, and patients and caregivers. It was incredible to hear the different views from such a diverse group.
